1. You wake up in the morning knowing exactly what is you’ll be doing at every moment, from your 10-minute meditation to the phone calls you’ll check off your list while you’re stuck in rush-hour traffic.
Pittas is referred to as anal by some, but you like to think of it be orderly. When, other than at 6:30 a.m., is it expected that you would squeeze your Power Yoga session into a day that includes back-to-back meetings, grocery shopping runs, and well crafted Instagram posts? 2. Coffee is the fire that lights your soul.
Pittas are interested in everything that encourages you to achieve more. Coffee beans are the most popular souvenir among friends who go to tropical places. When they return home, they bring you coffee beans as a keepsake. Oh, and there’s chocolate. As previously said, Yogis must borrow the Danish concept of “hygge” immediately.
3. When it’s lunch time, you gotta eat. You’re known for getting hangry (hungry/angry) and can’t deny it.
Pittas’ bodies have an extremely sensitive internal clock that they must adhere to. “Could we schedule a meeting during lunch time?” “Only if you want me to suffocate the other person’s brains out,” you explain to your aide. ” Your stomach doesn’t speak in whispers; it speaks in rumbles. 7 Things That Drive A Pitta Crazy
Things that drive us insane are something that we all have. I’m talking about things like the tumble pile of shoes at the door entrance, the lingering toothpaste spit trail left in the sink, or when someone accidentally drops the wire veggie strainer in the soaking gooey mac n’ cheese pot and you’re like, “What the hell?” “Dude, that was absolutely spotless. Now there’s melty, gooey cheese caught in the mesh wires of these mesh screens.” Yes, there are some things that drive us insane. From an ayurvedic perspective, each of the doshas has its own inclinations and proclivities.
It is possible to employ the doshas to develop our relationships once we have determined what the other person need, how they operate best, how they like to be addressed, and so on. As soon as you figure this out, your relationships will become GOLDEN.
Before we jump into crazy-making there are 2 things to think about:

When we learn what the other person needs, how they function best, how they prefer to be addressed, and so on, we may use the doshas to build our relationships.
7 things that drive a pitta crazy!
Pitta dosha governs the eyes, therefore if something is out of place, a pitta will most likely need to straighten it up before their mind can go on to anything new. If you’re one of the pittas, raise your hands if you’re feeling that one. In many cases, a pitta intends to concentrate on the most essential work at hand, but they are unable to do so because they see a mess and, by gosh darn it, they have to clean it up. This throws them off their incredible concentration and causes them to go insane!
Pittas, be certain that you have completed all of your major project requirements before you begin cleaning up.
If you are unable to concentrate on the important task because you have spent time sweeping bread crumbs off the counter, you will be unproductive and resentful.
If anything in a person’s environment is out of order, the pitta dosha will most likely need to rectify it before their mind can concentrate on anything else. In the event that you are feeling that one, please raise your hands. In many cases, a pitta intends to concentrate on the most essential work at hand, but they are unable to do so because they see a mess and, by gosh darn it, they must clean it up. The result is that their amazing concentration is thrown off and they go insane! First and foremost, says Messes Antedote, are the major initiatives.
Putting on your finest blinders and concentrating will be difficult.
Don’t give yourself an opportunity to be resentful; instead, get your task done first and then tidy up when you’ve finished.
3. Wasted time.
Pittas may feel that their time is being squandered if initiatives and procedures do not go forward quickly enough. Pittas become agitated if they do not feel that they are being productive. “Get on with it, and let’s go on!” they exclaim enthusiastically. Because the purpose of their being is to transform, if something (or someone) is not transforming, they will believe that their existence is in vain. Pittas, on the other hand, are drawn to points (remember their sharp quality?) Using your discrimination, distinguish between “wasted time” and “maybe this isn’t progressing as quickly as I would like it to” in the following situation: Things are still taking form, even if they are not in the timescale that you would have preferred.
Alternatively, it may be necessary to re-evaluate the project and, if necessary, scrap it.
4. Lack of Follow Through.
If you tell a pitta that you’ll get it done, that you’ll show up, or that they can count on you, keep your word. If you fail to show up, you will jeopardize their plans (and their trust! ), and this drives pittas insane! Pittas are big fans of making plans. And! Pittas are distrustful of everyone, so if they put their faith in you to do something, see it as an honor and follow through on your promise. Because they will honor their promise to be there for you, it is important to be there for them.
Make a distinction between the two.
Pitta is not comfortable asking for assistance, but when you discover someone who truly cares about you and your well-being, the disappointment of the other issue will fade away as a result of their efforts.
5. Having to Repeat Themselves.
In fact, Pittas like teaching and mentoring and would even say that it is their passion. Pittas will see you as inattentive, indifferent, or wasting their time if you speak the same thing (instructions, reminders, etc.) more than three times in one conversation. 6. Having to DoEverythingMyself!

So who is to blame for this?;) Due to the fact that “Nobody else does it the way I want it done, as quickly as I want it done, or with the quality that I want it done, therefore I might as well do it myself!” Okay, seriously, does it sound familiar to you? Ha! Let’s assume you do receive assistance, but it is not performed properly, and you are eager to bring this out.

- When someone sincerely appreciates you, it makes you feel good, doesn’t it?

7. Not Following the Rules (unfair!).
Pittas are conscientious about following the rules! So why should other individuals be allowed to get away with breaking the rules when I am the one who follows the rules? This is what distinguishes pittas as excellent attorneys, but it can also make them a little irritating when they might just as easily let go and not evaluate what everyone else is up to in their business.
Not Adhering to the Regulations Antedote: Let’s just put something out there. Maintain your composure and refrain from judging or analyzing why or what others are doing. It’s not your responsibility to fix it. Keep doing what you’re doing with honesty, and they’ll keep doing their thing.
When it comes to Pittas, they play by the book. As a result, why should other individuals be allowed to get away with breaking the rules when I do! When pittas can just as readily let go and not criticize what everyone else is doing, they may be quite effective lawyers. However, when they can’t, they can be a little obnoxious. Rules are not being followed. Antedote: Let’s just put this aside. Avoid judging or analyzing why or what others are doing, and keep your own thoughts to yourself instead.
They will do their job if you do yours with honesty.

What Ayurveda Knows About You
The fact that Ayurveda can accurately forecast who we are based on our constitutions, despite the fact that there is no one else quite like you out there, is astonishing. For example, features like as eye color, skin tone, and hair type are evaluated in relation to those who share a similar ancestry. Your physique is naturally slim and athletic, and your weight is most likely to remain reasonably stable over the long term.

Nonetheless, while you are in good health, you are likely to be able to consume a broad variety of meals without difficulty. However, it is likely that you do not consider eating to be a very useful activity, and as a result, you may frequently multitask while eating, speed through your meals, and chew less fully than is recommended.

The Qualitative Nature of Pitta

When taken in excess, it might result in a quick temper, sharp words, the ability to criticize oneself and others severely, and a strong desire to eat.
Pitta Is Hot
The hot quality produces a healthy flush to the cheeks, a naturally powerful digestive fire, the ability to keep warm in cold settings, and the ability to be passionate in one’s personality. Skin rashes and breakouts are common side effects, as are burning sensations, inflammatory illnesses, excess acidity, and heated emotions such as fury and rageful anger when consumed in large quantities.
Pitta Is Oily
Oiliness promotes naturally soft and lubricated skin, as well as smooth joint mobility, and it increases our ability to relax, take food, and offer or receive affection. When taken in excess, it can result in oily skin and hair, acne, abundant mucus, and a manipulative (think slippery) disposition, among other things.
Pitta Is Liquid

Vata, Pitta, and Kapha

Since of these characteristics, balancing the doshas is a fairly intuitive process because, according to Ayurveda, like promotes like and opposites bring about equilibrium. Generally, when one of the doshas is exacerbated, we can support a restoration to equilibrium by lessening the effect of that dosha’s traits while promoting the opposites of those qualities. Moreover, if we are aware of which specific characteristics are irritated, we may direct our attention to pacifying those qualities in particular while avoiding foods, medicines, and situations that increase their opposite energies.

The Doshas and Their Functions
Each of the three doshas has a distinct personality that is determined by the particular mix of ingredients and attributes that it possesses and possesses.

Vata is the planet of movement and communication. Pitta is in charge of digestion and transformation. Kapha is responsible for cohesion, structure, and lubrication. So, let’s take a look at some common, all-American practices that might cause imbalances in our doshas, digestion, and mental state of consciousness.
Myth 1: Nothing tastes better with food than ice water.

In an ideal situation, the stomach would be half-filled with food, a quarter-filled with water, and the other quarter empty. Myth 2: Grazing and small meals all day long are optimal for digestion.

In that case, unless you’ve lavished your youngster with copious amounts of sugary confectionery, the game is off. Children, on the other hand, will recognize when they are full, and they will not feel hungry if they have constipation (a blockage in the digestive system) or if they have previously eaten too much.
When we go out to eat, there should be no sense of shame in not eating a large platter of food, no matter how delicious it may be.
Limiting distractions when eating can help us become more aware of our bodies, allowing us to recognize when we are satisfied.
Leftovers are thought to be dulling for the intellect in Ayurvedic medicine. Leftover restaurant food (with the exception of pizza, of course) should be avoided at all costs, and domestic leftovers should be consumed within 2-3 days.
Myth 7: Smoothies are great meal replacements.
This is the one that always breaks my heart. When I reveal at seminars that smoothies are not the best breakfast option, the silence in the room is deafening! As a result, there are a few issues with this menu item. First and foremost, it is quite chilly. Although not great for those with lower digestion, it is beneficial for pitta! Second, everything is raw – fruits, veggies, and so on. Nothing is cooked. Raw food is given a frowny face by Ayurveda since it is difficult to digest. If digestion is poor, some of the food will remain undigested, which may result in the formation of clogs in the digestive tract.
A simple side salad with a dinner is quite acceptable.
For example, fruit and anything is incompatible; milk and banana or sour fruits and/or melon is incompatible; yogurt + milk is incompatible; eggs + milk or cheese is incompatible (in case some of you Eager Beavers are putting eggs in there!

Myth 8: Carbs are bad for me.
Knowing how important grains are in Ayurvedic medicine, hearing this is one of the most difficult things I’ve ever heard. Most grains are considered sweet, which according to Ayurveda is the flavor that is employed for construction. We exert our tissues and energies throughout the day in order to carry out our daily tasks. These must be refreshed in order for us to avoid depleting them. I am a dedicated worker who pushes through the day with so many duties and projects that I physically drop into my bed at the end of the day, wondering how “normal” individuals manage their time and responsibilities.
