On September 27, 2019, a verified purchase was reviewed in the United Kingdom. I have never read a book that was as honest and raw as this one in my whole life. I was absolutely engrossed from the very first sentence, and I remained completely engrossed until the very last few lines. While reading some of the pages, I found myself nodding in agreement—hey, that’s what I’m feeling right now—hey, that’s what I recognize—such it’s a beautifully honest and emotionally written book.

After following yoga girl on Instagram and reading her previous book (as well as meeting her), I was completely unprepared for the depths of her life, her feelings, and thoughts that we were about to be taken on a journey through.

It doesn’t matter if you’re familiar with the yoga girl or not; this book is an emotional read that is thoroughly and honestly written from the heart.
