We tend to say things like, “If I can just get through this week.” and “I can just get through a few more days,” rather than recognizing the indications in ourselves. along with “There isn’t enough time to take a vacation.” and “I feel like I just had a break.” “I can’t imagine why I’d require another!” and “I’m just going to have to tough it out.” and the list of our sayings goes on and on.
