Jyothi Larson has been teaching prenatal and postpartum yoga to hundreds of women and infants at her famous mother and baby yoga courses for the past ten years, and she has taught hundreds of them. For more than two decades, she has been studying yoga, and she has earned advanced teacher certification in hatha yoga from the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City.
