I Finally Went to a Sound Journey. Here’s How I Felt About It

What happened next?

I’m not really sure, to be honest. For an hour, we were immersed in pure vibrating sound and vibration. Sound Journey to Self-Healing: A Gentle Natural Healing Tool is the focus of this lifestyle feature. That’s where I found myself, fully immersed in a bubble of sound and vibration generated by some of the most incredible instruments I’d ever seen (or heard). I found the extraordinary healing potential of sound while on a never-ending hunt for natural treatment ways. I went on my first “sound voyage” in Costa Rica and had an experience that was far beyond of my understanding and comprehension. I went to another one with my partner, Jerad, not long after that. It was evident from the start that we were both fascinated and couldn’t get enough of the experience.

So what exactly is a sound journey?

How Do We Hear?

The ability to hear is dependent on a number of intricate mechanisms that convert sound waves in the air into electrical impulses.
