Who Says You Can’t Do Yoga in an Exercise Dress?
Subscribe to Outside+ now to get unique access to all of our content, including sequences, instructor tips, video lessons, and much more. I’ll admit it: I’m a bit of a dress nut. When I’m out with friends or taking a stroll to Starbucks, you’ll almost always find me in some kind of sundress, shift dress, midi, or maxi (I’ve tried *all* of the dress trends at this point). And what about this summer? The fitness outfit may be found anywhere. While these dresses look to be evocative of the tennis dress popular in the 1980s (and I will agree that they are to some extent), they are unquestionably designed for the modern-day lady.
First, a little background on the clothing I often wear during a yoga session.
On occasion, I’ll dress in a tank top.
Outdoor Voices Exercise Dress and Sweaty Betty’s Power Workout Dress were the two exercise dresses I tried out for this piece, and both were fantastic.
The Outdoor Voices Exercise Dress
While wearing this garment, I made my first error just a minute into my 30-minute yoga practice: I hadn’t adjusted the straps properly. As soon as I got into Downward-Facing Dog Pose, I had a tiny nip slip, which was embarrassing. Fortunately, I was practicing alone (phew), and I was able to immediately regroup and tighten the straps somewhat. Due to the fact that I have a medium-sized chest, I felt comfortable practicing without a sports bra. Despite the fact that the dress does not have a lot of built-in support, I was very comfortable during my whole rehearsal session.

- Not at all, to be honest.
- The fact that it had built-in spandex was also a plus.
- The inclusion of a pocket on one of the spandex’s side panels.

The Sweaty Betty Power Workout Dress
With this garment on, I made my first error about a minute into my 30-minute yoga practice: I hadn’t adjusted the straps properly. It wasn’t until I was in Downward-Facing Dog Pose that I realized I’d made a slight misstep. Lucky for me, I was practicing by myself (phew), and I was able to immediately regroup and tighten the straps somewhat. Given my medium bust, I felt confident in my ability to practice without a sporting bra. I was comfortable during my whole practice, despite the fact that the dress doesn’t have a lot of built-in support.
For further information, see the following:Best Sports Bra for Yoga Because of the summer humidity, I was surprised to discover that the dress didn’t ride up at all during my vinyasa practice (which was more like hot yoga).
Although I moved through numerous rounds of Sun Salutations, the Exercise Dress remained in place and didn’t seem constricting or uncomfortable at all.
Is there anything else to mention?

As someone who enjoys hot yoga and outdoor yoga in the summer, these dresses fill a void in my wardrobe that I was completely unaware of. I find that wearing leggings makes me too hot at times, yet I’m not interested in going back to shorts. These dresses allowed me to go through my practice without feeling restricted (I really forgot I was product testing at times), and I didn’t overheat as much as I would have if I had been practicing in leggings. The greatest advantage of doing yoga in an exercise clothing, on the other hand, was its adaptability.

I Wore the Outdoor Voices Exercise Dress to 5 Types of Workouts
When I first put on the dress, I was really taken aback by how comfy it felt. The design and craftsmanship are excellent. Essentially, the inner layer is a leotard, but it has the extra bonus of biking shorts, which alleviated what was likely my biggest anxiety about working out in an exercise dress: inner-thigh chafing. Chafing is an unavoidable part of my warm-weather existence, as it is for most women whose thighs come into contact. Because of the built-in shorts, which are made of a moisture-wicking fabric, my legs didn’t rub together and cause any discomfort, which would have made a workout—or even a day of running errands—uncomfortable.
- If you want to wear aversion without the bike shorts and only the leotard liner, that is also an option for you.
- In retrospect, I shouldn’t have wasted my time waxing lyrical about the beauty of a well-placed pocket; after all, I already wrote several hundred words on the identical feature on my favorite pair of Lululemon leggings.
- Because dresses nearly seldom feature pockets, this garment instantly transitioned from being a workout piece to becoming a daily wearable one.
- You might say I was fascinated with the subject.
- It quickly became a mainstay in my wardrobe, which I wore several times each week.
- Strangers and acquaintances alike remarked on how flattering and functional the blue dress was, and how well it fit them in their everyday lives as well.
- In the exercise dress, I tried running, indoor cycling, yoga, boxing, and barre.
And, to be honest, they were all fairly successful.
It was comfortable and breathable, which is exactly what I look for in a decent pair of training pants.
Actually, I anticipated people would think it was a little unusual.
In the midst of Times Square, there’s a cowboy dressed in tighty whities, strumming his guitar.
In comparison, a workout garment isn’t all that surprising to see on the runway.
I would guess that not one single person made a double-take during my run.
Technically speaking, my Flywheel (indoor cycling) class had the least number of bewildered stares, although that might have been due to the fact that the room was dark.
It was irritating every time.
Working out while wearing this garment turned out to be an unexpectedly valuable learning experience.
I’d never want to put anyone else through what I went through when people stared at me.
Undeniably, I’m certain that, had they known just how comfy this outfit was, they would have been jealous that they weren’t working out in it as well. They’ve been played for fools. Purchase: Outdoor Voices Exercise Dress ($100; outdoorvoices.com).
Can You Work Out In A Dress? Best Exercise Dresses
The wearing of exercise gowns has begun to become a fashion trend, particularly during the epidemic. Are they, however, as practical as they are fashionable? I discovered the solution to this question by putting myself through four different exercises in four different exercise attires. That whatever transpired was rather unexpected. Consider me to be your personal fashion guinea pig.
Beyond Yoga Spacedye Move It DressAt The Silver Lake Reservoir
Starting with the simplest workout and one of my personal favorites, walking twice around the Silver Lake Reservoir loop in Los Angeles, I wanted to make this assignment as easy as possible. With a total distance of 4.4 miles and a few of hills, this generally flat power walk serves as my recovery routine for the week. A Beyond Yoga Spacedye Move It Dress, which turned out to be quite comfy and easy to move around in, was my outfit of choice. Because it has shorts and a bra integrated in, it gives the impression that you’re wearing a bodysuit beneath.
This dress is also a perfect alternative to leggings and a sports bra for yoga or even a Pilates session, as it is both comfortable and stylish.
I’ve worn it a couple times with a denim jacket to do errands and work from home, and it’s already on my list of favorite wardrobe pieces to add to my collection.
Aerie OFFL/NE DressAt Prevail Boxing
Are you able to box in a dress? Yes, it is possible. I went to Prevail Boxing in West Hollywood and took a class. My first time wearing a dress to a workout that most people don’t regularly (and by frequently, I mean never) do in a dress was for this particular activity. In addition to being incredibly adorable, the Aerie OFFL/NE Dress also includes built-in shorts, which was excellent for the exercise, which included jump squats and crunches, among other things. Because there isn’t exactly a built-in bra in this dress, I wore a separate bra beneath it.
I was astonished at how comfortable the dress was to wear and how well it moved.
This garment, like the Beyond Yoga dress, is also quite adaptable, although it is somewhat more reasonably priced.
Athleta Balance DressAt F45 West Hollywood
The Athleta Balance Dress is one of my favorites! Petite and tall options are now available in addition to typical sizes up to 2X. With long sleeves and pockets, it’s similar to wearing a huge hoodie, making it excellent for crisp fall days when the temperature drops. While it is more modest in appearance than the other alternatives available, my only criticism is that it runs a bit large. But was it suited for F45’s intensive high-intensity interval training circuits? That’s a very other story.
Because it is near to an Orthodox Jewish area, it is not uncommon to see ladies working out in skirts or dresses while wearing their religious attire.
I’ve figured out why.
While I was able to complete several of the circuits, including spinning, weightlifting, and TRX, I was unable to complete raised leg crunches or try burpees without experiencing a precipitative anxiety episode.
But that wasn’t the dress’s fault in the least! So, is this outfit appropriate for high-intensity interval training (HIIT)? No, not at all. Is it the perfect dress to throw on over leggings or shorts and a sports bra for a casual day at the office? Absolutely!
L’Oeuf Poche Cloud 9 DressAt Platefit
Athleta’s Balance Dress is very gorgeous! Petite and tall options are also available, as are conventional sizes up to 2X. With long sleeves and pockets, it’s similar to wearing a huge sweater, making it perfect for crisp fall days when the temperature drops. One of my only complaints about this item is that it is a little huge compared to the other alternatives available. But was it acceptable for F45’s intensive high-intensity interval training circuit? That’s a completely different story altogether.
- Because it is near to an Orthodox Jewish area, it is not uncommon to see ladies working out in skirts or dresses while wearing their religious attire to church.
- I’ve figured it out.
- While I was able to complete several of the circuits, including spinning, weight lifting, and TRX, I was unable to complete raised leg crunches or try burpees without experiencing a precipitative anxiety episode.
- The clothing, however, was not to blame!
- I don’t believe that to be the case.
So can you work out in a dress?
The quick answer is that sure, it is possible. Nevertheless, a more practical response is that you can work out in a dress depending on the activity, the venue, and the fabric of the garment. When doing an online streaming exercise at home with no one else around, it’s fine to put on a dress and then return to your Zoom meeting for business. Leggings, on the other hand, are more comfortable if you’re doing a high-intensity interval training class. Nonetheless, I believe that fitness clothes are great for situations including a class and brunch.
Would I be comfortable running a marathon in a dress?
While it is not necessary to wear exercise dresses to the gym, it is recommended that you do so if you want to spice up your workout clothing or better incorporate it into your everyday wardrobe.
What Do You Even Do in an Exercise Dress?
During this summer/pandemic, I have reached a point where I no longer care about what I put on my body or how it looks. It’s too hot outside, and I’m too exhausted. Put me in a hazmat suit in the manner of a romper and leave me alone. Bodysuits and other one-piece ensembles, on the other hand, take little thought and can be found almost everywhere. The workout dress, an A-line athleisure dress typically made of nylon, spandex, or some other flexible material, is one of these styles to consider.
- The kind of clothing that invites the question, “What exactly do you do in an exercise dress?” Because it is categorically not physical activity.
- The fitness garment may be found everywhere: at the park, at lunch, and when out doing errands, for example.
- According to a few exercise dress devotees, exercising is not a realistic activity in many workout dresses, despite its namesake, according to the Times.
- “I also wish there was a flap or attachment of some type for the shorts so that you didn’t have to take off the entire outfit while going to the restroom,” one individual expressed disappointment with.
- Exercise dresses, like the nap dress, appear to be worn for purely cosmetic reasons rather than for functional reasons.
- In the event that you think $100 for a new exercise outfit is too much, you can always pay $150 for a used exercise dress on Poshmark.) The workout garment, like yoga pants, has outgrown the category in which it was originally introduced.
- A part of me believes that the fitness garment is simply a repurposed swimsuit outfit.
It exudes an unmistakable “mom at the pool” vibe, which I mean as a compliment of course. If you are wearing an exercise dress, I will assume that you are familiar with CPR. Other activities that are appropriate for the exercise attire include:
- Grocery shopping with an overburdened shopping basket when you should have used a shopping cart Getting aboard the back of someone else’s boat
- Working from home (exercise attire should be considered a business cost! )
- It is possible to walk your dog but only if your dog is like mine and insists on being carried half way through every stroll
- When you get the mail, you should wear something other than your jammies
- Actually, anything that isn’t somewhat rigorous exercise is fine with me.
Perhaps the term derives from the fact that the fitness dress is constructed of the type of material that makes putting it on seem like you’re doing an actual workout? Regardless, I think the dress is adorable, and I want to get one so that I will have something fresh to wear as I watch Love Island and remain very motionless. What Exactly Do You Do When You’re Dressed for Exercise?
This exercise dress from Outdoor Voices is equal parts practical and flattering
CNN— Outdoor Voices, the fashionable firm that has transformed athleisure into a lifestyle brand, isn’t a name unfamiliar to me. Their leggings were on my wish list for a long time, but I didn’t believe the price was entirely warranted for what I thought were excellent quality. While several of the brand’s goods are quite comfortable and fashionable, the material didn’t appear to be as supportive and sweat-resistant as I would have liked in my workout clothes. Having said that, I was skeptical that my experience with theOutdoor Voices Exercise Dresswould be very different from others.
- When you look at theexercise dresson the rack or in a package, it appears to be a rather straightforward design for a $100 item.
- However, once you put it on, the magic begins to happen.
- It’s a single piece, which helps to keep everything “in place,” so to speak – something that is really important to me when it comes to any training gear.
- Getting into the one-piece fit, on the other hand, is a bit of a hassle: you have to step into it and wiggle your way between the straps.
- Additionally, it implies that going to the bathroom will take a little more time and effort.
- The workout dress contains two enormous built-in pockets, one on each side of the “shorts,” which are located on each side of the “shorts.” With my iPhone XR on one side and my keys, credit cards, and headphones on the other, I was able to carry everything I needed.
- This dress, like any other item of sportswear, is more suited for some activities than others, and this is no exception.
Because I have never been able to effectively hit a tennis ball over a net, I came up with four other hobbies that I believe would be well suited to an article such as this.
My body temperature was clearly rising, yet the shorts remained really comfortable, and there were no sweat stains visible through the dress’s fabric.
Everything considered, it had been a really comfortable experience.
As someone who has never been a huge runner, I decided to take a little 30-minute jog while trying on the exercise garment to see how it would fit.
One thing to keep in mind is that I have a tiny breast and normally wear a size small in sports bras, but an extra-small in leggings because of this.
However, I’m not sure if it would be as comfortable for ladies with bigger busts than average.
Some ladies, according to what I’ve seen online, choose to wear a sports bra underneath their dresses, which is something to consider if you have a bigger chest.
So I put on the exercise clothing and did some yoga and barre movements on my yoga mat at home, which I rather loved.
If you want to conduct low-impact activities at home, this dress will more than suffice to keep up with you.
As a result, I felt it would be useful to offer some ideas on how theexercise dressperforms during an everyday activity like as doing errands with you.
They were large enough to hold everything I would have placed in a handbag.
All in all, the exercise clothing really exceeded my expectations in terms of quality.
Even while I haven’t used it for other low-impact activities such as hiking, I assume it would be ideal for those as well.
Before you make your purchase, keep the following points in mind: Sizing could be a bit difficult, especially if you’re not the same size on the top and bottom of your body.
And if you have a huge breast, I’d be careful about investing in an exercise dress as a training garment.
Is it really worth it?
During the weekends, whether I go for jogs, stroll with friends, or rush out to the grocery store, I’ll put it to good use.
It is not difficult to justify the dress’s $100 price tag if you consider it to be a two-in-one investment, serving as both an everyday piece of clothing and a workout outfit for running, hiking, or biking.
Leggings can easily cost twice as much as the dress, making it a good investment in terms of money. Also worth a little spend is the fact that theexercise dress looks and feels fantastic at the end of the day.
Outdoor Voices Revamped The Exercise Dress & It’s Even Better Than Before
CNN— The name Outdoor Voices isn’t unfamiliar to me; it’s a hip firm that has transformed athleisure into a fashion statement. Their leggings were on my wish list for a long time, but I didn’t believe the price was entirely warranted for what I thought were good quality. However, while many of the brand’s goods are quite comfortable and fashionable, the material didn’t appear to be as supportive and sweat-resistant as I would have liked in my workout clothes. That said, I wasn’t expecting a much different outcome from my experience with theOutdoor Voices Exercise Dress.
- When you look at theexercise dresson the rack or in a box, it appears to be a rather straightforward design for a $100 piece of apparel.
- It is only when you put it on that the magic happens.
- I like that it’s a single piece, which helps to keep everything “in,” so to speak – something that I look for in any training equipment.
- Getting into the one-piece fit, on the other hand, is a bit of a hassle: you have to step into it and wiggle your way into the straps.
- The use of the restroom will also need more time and effort as a result of this change.
- Each side of the “shorts” includes a huge built-in pocket, which is the same size as the pockets on the exercise dress.
- My one-of-a-kind training problem was addressed in an instant thanks to these concealed cycle shorts, which were completely covered by the clothing.
To be sure, the training clothing appears to be a copy of several tennis-specific designs.
I put the workout dressout to the test while riding my bike for a 10-mile loop.
The dress did have a tendency to creep up at times, revealing the biking shorts below, but it was something I anticipated and didn’t mind at all.
In the evening, I went to an outside pub where I’m very sure nobody noticed that I was wearing gym clothes – especially because the exercise garment may pass for a stylish minidress.
A pleasant and sweat-wicking experience was had during the process.
I got the fitness dress in a size extra-small and found it to be rather comfortable to wear while jogging because it was quite form-fitting in the waist.
Definitely, the dress is cut low enough to allow for cleavage to be visible, and the inside material is equivalent to a low-impact sports bra at the most.
Barre/Yoga: I’m a regular at barre classes, however the place where I frequent asks us to dress in pants or leggings that cover our knees.
The concealed shorts stayed in place for the most part, and the dress didn’t restrict my movements in the slightest.
Going about your daily business: Outdoor Voices promotes that its sportswear is not only for high-intensity training, but can also be used for a more relaxed, active lifestyle on the go.
Those two pockets that are hidden within the garment are indeed game-changers!
Because of the high quality of the construction and the presence of a flap above the pocket, it gives the impression that your valuables are genuinely safe and will not just pop out.
Comfortable, excellent for keeping cool, and quite attractive.
Moreover, in keeping with theOutdoor Voicesstyle, it was also quite adorable and well-suited for everyday use.
Just because the straps are not adjustable and run on the tiny side, I would recommend ordering a size higher if you’re in doubt.
Cleavage and a lack of support were not issues for me, but based on some of the reviews on the site, it’s something to keep in mind in the future.
Whatever your way of life and the forms of exercise you engage in, the answer will vary.
On bike trips or treks, it will also be my go-to outfit.
Leggings may easily cost twice as much or more as the dress. The exercise garment also looks and feels fantastic at the end of the day, making it a worthwhile investment.
Is Outdoor Voices’ Exercise Dress Actually Good For Working Out?
“Outdoor Voices’ Exercise Dress” has become a self-referential term in some sections of the internet that is tuned in to Instagram, with its significance known even without the modifier “Outdoor Voices.” Thestew (Alison Roman’s Instagram-famous spin on kitchari) and The Pants (as in the Sisterhood of the Traveling) are both examples of dishes that have this characteristic. While the Exercise Dress, like Roman’s stew and America Ferrera’s pants, were first to market when they were introduced in May 2018, they were not the first to introduce the concept.
One of the brand’s most distinctive pieces is the Exercise Dress ($100, sizes S-XL), which suggests a world in which you can take an early morning barre class and then sprint to brunch, or into a meeting, or into any other iteration ofDoingThing, the brand’s ever-present tote bag slogan turned life mantra (see below).
(Because many of the individuals in my social circles are in the media industry, many of the people I spoke to on the phone were also provided the dress by the firm, as did I.) As stated by Business of Fashion, Outdoor Voices’ dress is the brand’s single best-selling item for the year 2019, and sales have allegedly “doubled” after the firm included shorts to the garment in September 2018.
“I assigned the duty of designing to the team.” (Haney was unable to speak for this article because of scheduling conflicts.) Outdoor Voices recently unveiled new hues for the dress, which they celebrated with a Zumba class attended by 1,000 people at New York City’s Lincoln Center, according to the company.
- Despite this, one employee expressed concern that working out in the dress felt “like being ordered to smile in an exercise class” — that is, like forcing femininity in an environment where gender presentation is already being relentlessly picked over.
- Sylvie, a 23-year-old who owns between 12 and 15 items of OV apparel, has decided against purchasing the dress because she believes she would feel “silly” working out in it.
- The balance between feeling good and wanting to look nice while I run is really sensitive and messed up.
- The bravery to really workout in the exercise outfit took several months for me to summon up.
- “I believe if all of those folks understood how comfy this garment is, they’d be envious that they weren’t working out in it, too,” the piece concluded in November 2018.
- In a DM to Outdoor Voices, one Instagram user expressed her love for the exercise dress, saying, “I love being able to feel feminine while kicking ass playing tennis.” The company shared a screenshot of the DM to its public Instagram stories on Aug.
- “And the liner allows you to participate in so many activities!” said another user on the same social media platform.
- “I used it to cycle 20 miles and to attend a wedding in the same week,” one person commented.
- (Hers was one of the DMs that Outdoor Voices included in its collection of stories.
- “I realized how versatile it was.” The outfit has also been worn for pickleball, tennis, and boxing classes in addition to jogging.
It’s the nicest part because you only have to wear one item of clothes for the workout – no more sweaty sports bra, tank top, or shorts.” ) Because the dress does not have a built-in sports bra, it may be necessary for women with bigger breasts to wear a sports bra beneath, which Sylvie believes is “not as nice a look.” According to Erica, 23, who spoke to Bustle through Instagram DM, she initially acquired the garment in June with the intention of wearing it not just to work out but to participate in activities such as visiting a theme park or going hiking instead.
- Since then, she’s worn the garment to practice yoga and go for a run.
- It’s comfy, but it also gives you a sense of security.” Erica reports that she has not received any strange stares while wearing the outfit (“which was very wonderful, because I’m a little self-conscious about fitness activities anyway”).
- Naydeline, 20, tells me she recently purchased the outfit, which she describes as “on a whim.” It is her first Outdoor Voices purchase.
- “For one thing, the dress fit well, and secondly, I loved the concept of being able to wear it to an event following.” “It’s for exercising, right?” she says when asked if she intends to use the space for that purpose.
- When I know I won’t have enough time to travel back home and get dressed before an event, I’ll just miss my training entirely,” says the athlete.
- Furthermore, Naydeline points out, “who can say they’ve ever worked out in a dress?” she asks.
- Dre Rec Room, a recently established apparel business founded by Taylor Lindsay, is known for its athleisure-inspired dresses, which include a model that has a built-in sports bra and is constructed from sweat-wicking performance materials.
- ” Furthermore, the outfit idea allows for a wide variety of interpretations.
“It feels really useful, while also making you feel confident in your appearance,” Erica adds, “which is fantastic for someone like me who constantly feels like I look like a doofus when I’m trying to do anything physically demanding.” However, with firms such as Rec Room providing choices alongside other brands such as Outdoor Voices (not to mentionAthleta, lululemon, andNike, who have long created performance dresses), now is the right time to make working out in a dress a thing in the fitness industry.
- “We believe that now is the appropriate time to retrieve the garment.” Taylor Lindsay expresses himself.
- However, even though it wasn’t a very tough workout, the dress provided just the correct amount of support and allowed me to dry quickly after getting sprayed by a passing ferry.
- Although I was wearing a “workout dress,” I did not feel like I was doing so.
- In the same way that it doesn’t really matter if you wear leggings to run or to run errands, it doesn’t really matter if you wear a workout garment to exercise as well.
Besides, since you’re already DoingThings, you might as well do them while wearing a dress, if that’s your thing. In the words of Taylor Lindsay, “I’d be willing to guess that everyone else in your class will be wearing a dress in the near future, too.”
Choosing the Right Workout Clothes
All of the items and services mentioned on this page have been selected for their ability to inspire and enable your wellbeing. Everyday Health may get a compensation if you make a purchase via one of our affiliate links. A rigorous workout will leave you fatigued, tired, painful, and great — not to mention that you’ll be drenched in perspiration. Contrary to popular belief, the clothes you wear during a workout may make a significant impact in how you feel when you finish. Several factors, like the fabric used to make your workout clothing and whether or not they are appropriate for the sort of activity you will be performing, can influence how comfortable your workout clothes are.
During activity, certain textiles are meant to draw perspiration away from your skin, while others are made to absorb it.
- Consider the term “wicking.” There are various breathable synthetic materials available that “wick” perspiration away from your skin, allowing it to drain more rapidly and keeping your body cool as a result of this. Clothes made of fabrics containing polypropylene or fabrics such as COOLMAX® and SUPPLEX® are a good choice for exercise and other activities in which you are likely to sweat a lot because they allow sweat to evaporate from the skin without soaking into the clothing and leaving you feeling sweaty and uncomfortable
- Take, for example, cotton. Cotton shirts and pants, on the other hand, absorb perspiration rather than pulling it away from the skin or speeding up the pace at which it evaporates. As a result, wearing cotton workout clothes might make you feel heavy and damp as you exercise. Fabrics that don’t allow air to circulate should be avoided. Wearing garments composed of rubber-based or plastic-based materials during an exercise will prevent perspiration from escaping and will cause your body temperature to rise too much.
Get the Right Fit for Your Workout Clothes Consider the following suggestions to ensure that your training clothing are appropriate for your body and the workout that you have planned:
- You should dress in clothing that are loose and comfortable for the occasion. However, if you are jogging or bicycling, avoid wearing wide-leg or loose jeans, since they might become entangled in the pedals or your feet. Stretchy, fitting materials that drain away perspiration are a wonderful choice for workouts such as yoga and Pilates. As a general rule, remember that you don’t want any apparel to get in the way of your exercise
- This includes shoes and socks.

Listed here are the top-rated exercise leggings to buy in 2022. 1Best Overall Workout LeggingsIncorporate High-Rise Tights into your wardrobe. Despite the fact that Lululemon produces high-performance pants for a range of sports, this new model struck out for its silky fabric, attractive fit, and superior sweat-wicking characteristics. This model is meant for yoga, but we’ve discovered that it’s also excellent for a variety of other activities owing to the “SmoothCover” fabric, which is the right compromise between training tights and yoga pants: The fabric is somewhat compressive for support, yet it is also buttery soft on the skin when not in use.
Users like how the waistband stays in place without rolling and how comfy they find them to be when wearing them. Furthermore, while certain Lululemon leggings are known to pill with time, this pair has shown to be incredibly durable in our testing, having withstood many washings.
