On October 6, 2016, it was reviewed in the United States and verified as a purchase. Years ago, I had this book in my possession and had rented it out to someone who had never returned the book. There is a possibility that it is no longer available, which is a shame because it is an excellent book. Poses are broken down into easier ones for beginners and more complex ones as you build strength and balance. If you stay with it, you’ll surely see and feel the difference as your core grows stronger over time.

No, it is not cardio, but it is a workout, believe me when I say that.

For the past year, I have been a dedicated follower of Loise Solomaon’s Yogalates program.

Anyone who uses the video and even those who are searching for a solid exercise will benefit much from it, in my opinion.

Excellent photographs, simple instructions, and a combination of stretching and muscle toning activities.
